Lingua Madre is a cultural linguistic association created by the founders out of a desire to spread the Italian culture and to encounter new worlds and cultures.Travelers by definition and lovers of all that represents culture, art and people, the founders of Lingua Madre consider the knowledge of the language of the country in which one is residing a fundamental instrument of integration. For this reason, our language courses are formulated for immigrants and foreigners actually living in Italy who desire to improve their life here in Italy by learning not only its language but also its culture, its traditions and customs.

Thus, our language courses become journeys in which you will immerse yourselves, learning the language in a passionate and interactive manner, with a series of cultural and social encounters that range from Italian and international cuisines to cultural displays, tours to discover the city of Genoa, sailing and excursions. You will be able to appreciate the fabulous riches of Liguria while acquiring and using the Italian language in an easy and enjoyable manner.

Together with our School, you will be learning Italian or another European language within an informal atmosphere, friendly but professional.

The teachers at our School are all highly qualified and hold degrees in their native/mother tongue, a team motivated and happy.
